There are a few different reasons you may not have your certificate yet. If it has been approved, your materials (certificate(s) of currency and receipt) are sent back to the email address you have provided.
Check your Membership online
You can download a copy of your certificate of currency with a current Date of Issue by logging into the website and clicking on the View My Certificates option in your My Duck section.
This will generate a copy of your certificate for the current policy year you confirming you are still covered.
Email address
Is your email address correct? Your certificate(s) of currency and receipt are sent back to the email address you provided. It may be an idea to check your junk mail, promotions and spam folders, especially if you are using the bigger email providers like gmail and Hotmail as they may have been filed in there.
Have you paid for the application?
Sometimes people don't realise they haven't paid successfully. If you have selected your activities, and just wish to continue to complete the payment using a VISA or MasterCard debit or credit card or PayPal you will need to do the following:
Once you are logged in, click on My Duck and scroll down to the My Policies section (under the blue squares).
Under My Policies there is a line of information for your Pending policy. Follow your Pending policy for this year across to the right to find the green dollar symbol ($), click on that and it will take you through to the payment.
Have you completed your application?
Once you are logged in, click on My Duck and scroll down to the My Policies section (under the blue squares).
Under My Policies there is a line of information for your Pending policy. If there is no amount listed in the Premium column then you have not completed your application to the point of payment.
Follow your Pending policy for this year across to the right to find the tools symbol, click on that and it will take you back into your application so that you can complete it.
